Trump is awesome for mining, but Minnesota regulation is still in death by delay mode. If USS wins it's lawsuit against Minnesota, the MPCA will have to set a sulfate number.

Here is a question I would like to put to the board:

How can the Minnesota DNR in conjunction with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency process any mining permits without a sulfate standard? It's like a speed limit. Can we drive 55 miles per hour or 75 miles per hour with our new driving permit?

I know Ferrous is very knowledgeable in this area.
