WRONG!!! Private prisons are a cash cow. They are NOT paid for by taxes hence the term PRIVATE! The customers (prisoners) are involuntary and dictated by unjust laws. Oh yeah, those prisoners are also use to manufacture goods which provides another major revenue source for the private prisons.

This will cripple the newly forming mj industry. You're in for a rude awakening
