As of 2/16/17 there was about 1.1 Billion outstanding..since then total volume has been about 550 million x 40% = 220 million. Share count should be around 1.3 Billion..Almost maxed..Imo this will run this once maxed leading up to the vote and with lenders not allowed to sell on split day and for 2 days after things could get real interesting with news after the split..
