Yes, I think you are reading it correctly. Going to be nearly impossible to vote him or any of the other board members out since they hold nearly a majority of votes anyways. Tennyson himself almost holds the majority since he has the preferred stock. Would have to get all the other investors together to do something about it. I hold somewhere around 300k shares, but have basically written them off as a lost cause.
