TALK shareholders own no part of UMS. They do own tons of toxic debt in default. And lawsuits which are not disclosed, which is fraud. Also 1.5 billion shares issued before this UMS garbage fairy tale in defiance of Reg S-X - more fraud.

And they own shares of a company which has lied repeatedly in SEC filings - major fraud. Criminal.

That's what people really own.
