smitter- yes and no... yes that he is in control, but TRON and it's shareholders remain in the hand's of the Clark County District Court until the Custodianship is dissolved... which should occur opon the next 'status report' to the court, by court order. That should be by March 28... or before...

Hopefully, we shall be fully updated any time now. IMO the update will be a full-on out-of-the-gate block-buster... ALL OF THE DUCKS ARE LINED UP!
