If I were the CEO then I would spend $40K cash to buy back 100M shares of public float which is much more useful than proving the assets value because the so-called "audited" financials are usually worthless for a OTC stock!

Anyway 12.1M-3 x 14.5M-4 now after 500K shares just slapped. Nothing above the 0.0004 ask from the Level2!
