IMO: The only thing that could save the 4th Qtr. is the Work-In-Process left over from previous Qtr's. 9/30/17 marked the end of the Feds Fiscal Year + the Election taking place smack in the middle killed all Federal buying and it still is because of the uncertainty of the new govt's thinking. I hope I'm wrong.
