......we cannot pin down FCNCA on where the stock equity is, the shares for each class, allocations, etc..............HOLDINGS control "B" and the associated voting rights for "A".............we could not track carmen HOLDING ames' "B" block when other "B's" bought it back..........there is no loose TREASURY STOCK, at this point, imo, and the board only filed to issue/buy/trade/hypothecate 200,000 shares of "A".......that's presumably OUR 1/148........
.......but, FCNCA has $8-BILLION in cash...........granted, probably 7 of this are deposit-liabilities..........................so, dropping $150mm in cash for a $176mm DTA asset would barely take pennies out of the ashtray in frankie's bentley coup, imo.........................
......and the entire UWBI mess is now classified in the FCNCA SEC filings as "litigation"............which means no disclosures - - even if new stock is issued, etc...............SECRET........pssssssst......fu, frankie............
