No payments can be made to Tranche 6 without all other senior tranches being satisfied first. Once this is completed, the LTI's will then automatically (ie redistributed) move down to us, ensuring that all LT Assets are apportioned as per the agreement. TRANCHE 6 WILL be issued LTI's and the proceeds WILL be divided up 75%/25%. Also WMIIC assets are wholly (100%) owned by WMI, therefore the same rule also applies to those assets
