No not looking at PHOT. PHOT has much too much debt, IRS tax and other tax problems, and really has little to offer.

The potential continuing SEC investigation into the suspension of PHOT would not help, either.
PHOT was forces also to settle a fraud lawsuit for $2 million-worth of PHOT shares +$700K in cash.
Too much potential baggage and a poorly-run company at PHOt.
