Feel free to use it FWIW. I believe IDCC has demonstrated that past infringement revenue should be counted as recurring rather than one time events. After all, they could go back and amend previous filings upon receipt of this stream or it should be counted as recurring under the business model. Likewise, revenue from audits are bin the same boat. Sometimes accounting rules fail to produce the true picture. WM approached the past issue a few CC's back and they should continue to stress past infringement royalty revenue as a part of a whole ongoing revenue source under the recurring business model. The street needs to grasp the concept.
