From the PRE-IND they know exactly what they need to accomplish.

The previous limited trails have been successful, so this has a very high probability of being approved they just need to do the trials...

From one of the old press releases, they stated they believed the US market share was around 120million which is about .09 cents revenue per share..

On a global basis it would be about about .36 cents revenue per share....

and this is with the 1,392,887,031 shares, if they partner with some smart folks they could work to reduce the count.

The other possibility is a straight buyout after successful trials, that is when a lot of new drugs get acquired between successful trials and market..
