of course they are a buyout/takeover candidate. Right now there is a silent race in this tech area. Google has project loon (who wants floating balloons in the air?), Facebook could be interested, Amazon with all their future drones doing deliveries could be another suitor... the patents ABWN hold are key. A big boy company has the money to do this tech right, compete with a giant like google and package it to make $. FAA testing to be done the 1st quarter of 2017 I read somewhere. I have to assume it works well and has been tested already, i mean you don't go and have an agency test done and never have tried it, or say...well it should work based on theory. The FAA greenlight, opens up contract opportunities to put it in planes, new CEO has military connections, international connections (read his bio) and air lease hopefully can help with the commercial side of things. I think exciting times are still to come. In a perfect world, i'd love to see this go nasdaq, great faa test results, contracts, or buyout offer.
