Respectfully, with my use of "lotto" play...

It is my opnion, that when I use the term "lotto play" - I mean a stock We are able to buy at .0001 PPS or .0002 (Max) and presents POTENTIAL. That's it. The levels of potential varies greatly as one could imagine from stock to stock trading at trip 1 or 2. I usually only like ones with management changes that occur while right at this point and who are hell bent on NOT reverse splitting. It's always a risk down here, and Even more so as a low trip.
