OTOH - a one-two punch - PFS and OS significance - kills
the wildebeest stampede and irrational grumblings ....

Simply - there is no place for anyone to go - if we succeed
at both PFS and OS.

Finally - I don't follow Larry's logic - a billion in 4 years.

That is insane. If you got rGBM and a SMALL WINDOW OF LIFE you are gonna find a solution and - I would hope - there is a MORAL obligation - for every doctor to inform their rGBM patients about DCVax.
