Stock dividend so wide open and it may never happen too.

Think about it:

The stock dividend has not been approved by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA")

The Record date for the stock dividend is set at March 31, 2017 but when the Ex Dividend date.

They never stated When the stock dividend will be payable to shareholders.

Also once receive your shares of VATE, can you sell them immediately or will these be restricted and if so for how long.

The only great news right now from all of this if somehow KGKG can really pull it off getting 1 share of VATE for every 10 shares of KGKG is a nice gift although FINRA could reject this pay out rate.

I'm not trying to bash here but look at UNGS to name just one that didn't happen when promise.
