I didnt ask about the cost of R-IT minus the proceeds from off label revenue. I also didnt ask about how Amarin achieved these revenues, nor how docs will react to "stellar MACE" data. If you cant answer the question then don't.

Let me ask the question again very very very clearly in the hope someone out there can read it and answer it simply without getting their knickers in a twist.

What will the estimated total cost of R-IT be (in cash expenditure) if it is successful and is approved by the FDA?
