I don;t want to throw cold water on your assessment of upcoming news and actions from the co., but......... I suspect you know that any new offerings, of (almost) any kind is dilutive to present shareholders, add to that the Reverse S/S and you;ve just been sent to "the back of the bus".

We.ve all been aware of their intentions and what must be done in order to continue operating and hopefully to a financially successive place, but..... at the rate we're going, possibly facing a 1-60 reverse, stock dropping daily for the last God knows when, that reverse will do nothing to help us get an uplist or a Big Mac!!!
Just venting my frustration and totally agreeing with the previous poster re: the company actions(inactions) knowing to where we;re heading and not trying to mitigate the damage they-re birthing!
