Bianco with a NYSE and NASDAQ background to get the ICNB PPS up where it belongs and he will get restricted shares and waive his salary for the initial 6 month term. The company is built now. That is why they were able to reduce the AS by 500 million shares. Now we have product selling out of stores all over the US and distributors selling out of product for their stores and even bigger we are expanding into 19 more states as we speak including CA!
