Do you not read?

Look at the Q, Bottom 1st page, ~300 million common shares. Vs lawyer almost 700 million. The Q should not be less unless there was a buyback, and that didn't happen.

Look at the balance sheet, equity section, says 100 million common a/S vs lawyer 1 billion vs prior qtr which ALSO states 1 billion

It's sloppy.

If this simple stuff is wrong, what else is wrong.

What are my motives? To demonstrate the incompetence of this mgmt to any here who want to invest. Other than if someone bought in the past mth mgmt has not added anything to S/h value. Nothing! And they're are enough conversions to choke a nation. And they can't even review the most basic data points on a set of financials
