Note Holder can HOLD and SELL 5% of the total OS each day. When the CEO increased the OS to 2.2 Billion, regardless of those being restricted, it allows the Note Holders to HOLD and SELL up to 5% of the entire OS each day.

2.2 Billion OS x 5% = 110 MILLION SHARES that they can HOLD and SELL each day!

Each day they sell the OS increases and so does the number of shares they can HOLD and SELL each day!

TXHD - These come from the AS, into the OS and hands of the DILUTOR, and then into the FLOAT when they sell them into the market!

This will continue until the CEO either pays them off in cash or they sell enough shares to get the 400K they are owed. Remember, they get paid at a discounted rate of 55% of the average trading price over the last 25 days.

If the average is .001 they get their shares at .0005pps..........400K worth and as the average falls they get more shares to make up for it.

400K priced at .0004pps = 1 Billion Shares! Or at least 10 More days like today, maybe more.
