The way I see it you HAD a gold company that was owned 60% by debt holders.

The debt exchanged to shares as a WASH except; now the DEBT holders now have some skin in the game and leadership responsibilities to make sure the new management toes the line and creates shareholder value.

I say WELL DONE. Let's make some MONEY. Burn the NEGATIVE SHORTS.
