I was just getting started on S-X and now your telling me blue sky too, lol.
I think some of these regs are enough to bog down the best of us even those with lots of money which start ups don’t have.
There is no levity in Regulation S-X and it does not make for light reading; it is commonly viewed at Securities Lawyers Deskbook: Regulation S-X.
