Point taken. But if no incentive for dodgers to act now vs. later, it doesn't leave you with much of a negotiating position. I certainly hope that IDCC management is a bit tougher behind the scenes. Merritt pretty much said that IDCC bought Hillcrest more for their existing agreements helping them with negotiating position on bigger picture deals. I thought that was interesting/refreshing candor on his part.
