TpacRuse's extended tweet that details TCRAP's massive failures forgot to include their lies and pumping which suckered in shareholders. There are two specifically:

1) Two signed contracts per their tweet in September. Absolutely ZERO details released to date. Those "signed contracts" should be in the 10K if in fact they really happened. Based on their dubious track record, I would say those tweets in September were lies.

2) The .01 EOY PPS that they hyped incessantly about like a hyper puppy on a caffeine overdose. They called people stupid back then in questioning it, and called people stupid later for believing it.

BONUS: We have yet to see ANY documentation as to the supposed buybacks, particularly details of which group of shares they did buy back....if any. Did the buyback come from the public float? Or was it strictly insider shares? I personally believe it is the latter.

I believe anybody is stupid to believe ANYTHING TcrapRuse says anymore. Period. Pretty painfully obvious to me that the 10K is being delayed for very good reason which is all of the lies and distortions they perpetuated upon the public will be fully exposed. It would oepn them up to class action lawsuits as well as a "smoking gun" for the SEC to go after them.
