So I am understanding correctly that the only time it would be smarter to buy BRGRF is if I can get in at a lower PPS than LIEG*31? And even if I did, everything still needs to go as planned with the merger, right?

And if possible, buy LIEG at a lower PPS than BRGRF/31?
