To what do you attribute the differences in shares held between Ducon, Aron and Saagar between the 2016 and 2017 proxy statements? I've gone over Pearson's numbers and I cannot find any obvious error in them, though this is consistent with his previous false bashes as well.

I was on the call as well. I heard management's remarks on sold shares, though they in and of themselves aren't convincing: if management was dishonest they wouldn't be telling the truth anyway.

I've purchased 8,000 warrants, as I believe its likely Pearson is wrong. I have bought stocks he has bashed before. I'd just like to understand what is going on here.
