Not sure. I wish the current CEO Mr. Wang (XHUA) to promise not do any R/S in the future just like its Similar-Float OTC peer (EFLN) did (no any R/S and no any dilution over Five years already)! Should the R/S concern be removed XHUA could easily surge over the current 52-week high (0.0005) just like its peer did most recently (0.0008)...
