Authorized Shares plus Outstanding Shares (Derived)

The current Authorized Shares is 5.5 Billion (see https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1522165/000166357716000046/mainbody.htm).

The outstanding shares of 198 Million is out of date. Based on details provided officially (see message #7696 for details), I derive the lowest number of outstanding shares to be 335 Million (most recent published number plus the set aside for now paid off EROP loan). However, I expect that it took more shares for EROP to be paid off due to extremely low share price. If I assume it took 50% more, that would put the outstanding shares at 403 Million. We cannot know true number until something official is published.
