......impossible to determine without seeing the financial statements, tax returns, IRS correspondence, BK filings...............and all related information.......lot of BIG NUMBERS = good sign..........

.....probably part of a financial statement amendment.....obviously, it is....because a pile of re-states were sent to the BK CT without sealing......?????......could be the amount FC paid for the DEBTOR..........or escrowed for the DEBTOR.......

.....we note that FC obtained an SEC waiver to HIDE all of its involvement with this UWBI problem...........................
