flaflyersfan, unfortunately you did not call the TA to find the OS range! He did tell me the OS is below 200M shares but he refused to further tell if the OS is below 100M shares or not. Anyway even the OS is 199M shares the entire market value of VGTL at $0.0002 is just less than $40K which is ridiculous low as a low-SS stock with some advanced hot technologies...
O/S is way lower than 200 million and I am working on finding out how much. We can assume the OS is 100M shares now to be realistic! However the float should be much much lower than the OS, say 52M shares.
