How many billions of dilutive shares did it take to acquire the 25% stake?

I see the company purposely is not telling investors. Since MLCG is doing so poorly and its only currency is dilutive shares, they may have to raise the share auth to 15 billion, up from current 5 billion shares.

They also have to do a name change, but need to file financials and update current share structure, or FINRA may not even approve a name change (usually a simple process with FINRA).
