as to today's open, as usual CDEL signs on right after the bell--today he was joined by ETRF--don't take my word for it, simply watch tomorrow...

with regard to naked shorting/MM exemption, understanding riskless principal trades and the order in which legs of said trade are executed might explain a few things---but why bother as it's only ignored *to suit*...
