Nice to see you are again posting Gregg, your opinions are always helpful.

I do think VirTra could be doing a far better job of communicating to both shareholders and potential investors. While I commend them for their recent social media efforts, none of that means anything to shareholders or investors.

It really could be as easy as a single press release issued in January or February that provides some sort of revenue and EPS guidance for the fiscal year AND (more importantly) several sentences that tell everyone what they expect the company to look like in 3 or 5 years. What is their long term vision? This is important because of their intertwined (share structures, ownership, leadership) relationship with Modern Round.

This sort of press release would go a long way toward keeping shareholders calm during the 5 months between earnings reports.

VirTra could also being doing something very concrete to help shareholders and help convince potential investors to buy. They could be supporting the share price at 2.50 or 2.60 by using their authorized buyback. Perhaps they are the ones doing the buying at 2.25 but I doubt it since there is a standing bid and that is frowned on for share buybacks. Typically companies must make at the market buys to buy shares. But who knows. Sad that we have to wait until late March to learn more.
