I am going to answer with my opinions :
1)I was looking at the bios and are different,the CEO Has a bio and a resume',bios are just an introduction ,resume' it shows in detail.
2)There are some long distance ride sharing but they never took off,i looked at all of them and are not working,have very few followers ,there is only one that woks is Zimmride once owned by Lyft and sold to Enterprise,after it was bought it was basically shut down,if you go on their web page you will see is only for members,is not open to the public.
I saw another long ride distance that work with Creag list posts,sorry they don't work together they basically copy and paste from Creag list on their portal and is very bad.
For my understanding CarSmartt is going to be totally different,you can travel with them, you can ship insured packages with them ,you can share boats travel,motorcycle travel and so on...i made extensive research on this company and I challenge anyone to come up with a similar app in USA,the only similar is bla bla car in Europe and even in that case CarSmartt has much more options.

Its obvious that they pushing the CarSmartt app social media not luthor and by the way they didn't have launched yet....IMO the app hasn't been avertised properly yet....why advertise if the app is not ready and you can't collect members???
SO ARE THEY WEALTHY ? I CANT ASWER TO THAT QUESTION BUT LETS SEE WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE LAUNCH.
