What's purpose of Shareholder meeting in May when CEO acts like he does repeatedly for years now???

Nasdaq needs to halt this, SEC & Greek Regulators need to step into Economou's world and put a hurt on him- and Shareholders need to be compensated BIGGLY from all of the Assets THEY (Shareholders) have purchased for George's greedy purposes..

I already posted a couple law firms in US (posted their court docs too) who went after George a few years back. They can do so again!
