How do you do an in depth report on a company, tout your research and how it is so easy to spot a scam and not mention any of the management. Not one bit about recent events or change of management and you want investors to believe it is credible.

Unfortunately there will be some who read that article and not invest or sell if they are current shareholders and if we dip in share price those that know the current events and path of the new company will benefit.

If the author is truly unbiased and not paid as is stated in his disclosure let's see if the article is retracted at some point, but I doubt it, highly irresponsible and puts to question possible underlying intentions.
