Here's a thought.. PRB coal has low ash and sulfur content. Exactly what Australia needs for the "Super Ciritical" power stations. The only problem is the moisture level in the Power River Basin is too high to reach necessary BTUs. And even if you dry it, it will re absorb moisture on its way from the PRB to Australia (or China). Making it not worth doing..

Maybe this is why CCTC is connected with Australia and the PRB at the same time? After all, they may just have the missing piece to this unsolved problem. A stretch? Maybe
