Very familiar with page 19. Original application for Echo was in the critical care market. Strategy changed when PP initiated proxy to replace the old regime with the current players. I have experience in POC testing and believed that Echo should not have abandoned its original strategy. The drastic divergence from critical care to outpatient/health & fitness put us at the mercy of PP's puppets and MTIA.
