Mission:

1) Scrap or at least change the BoD vote leverage

2) Put Bishop and his right hand man back in the game with some spending money.
-they probably need a mil just to pay some vendor debt off, which no investor wants to do... but the damage has been done, it needs to get taken care of... or no product. einfach Verständnis!

4) No Bishop.. no product. I don't favor him in all aspects. I said this before. This person seriously has a bone to pick with the diabetic industry. If the BoD's feel he is a threat, well... then it's like watching Mel Gibson in "Pay Back". They should have gave him the money he asked for and be done with it.

5) Get those trials back on track!
