Took a look at trades and saw that almost half the volume was below .0001
so apparently the stock can trade below there, even if most brokerages wont
let you place bids there.

Not sure how long it takes to set up a stock split, but a reverse split will receive some scrutiny. The fact that this is a second reverse split
in a very short time is not going to make this popular.

Last reverse split took quite awhile to accomplish.

I think a R/S will be needed, as it is very unlikely that the stock price will hold with the unprecedented dilution which is taking place.

NTI management has no regard for HCTI shareholders.
