This company will most likely fail.
449,000,000 shares outstanding 40,000,000 options to Laken with 500,000,000 authorized.
No cash no ability to issue shares is a formula for disaster plus last entire year of filings are delinquent.
Been hearing great news coming but how can they put out news without doing the proper disclosures ?
No optics another red flag.
