That's correct. They raised money by offering a second Public Offering and issuing new shares in the pool (Dilution). The thing here is that they intend to use that money to fund their operations and everything else until the end of the year.

I'm trying to figure out if they already finished dumping the new shares in, thus keeping the price down or we still need a couple more days. Regardless, once the dilution is done and some news we are in the clear.
