Yes.....life is short ! so.....Alonzo needs to merge ISBG with DKTS on a share for share basis. That way ISBG can OWN what they now have from DKTS
for free. DKTS has fallen dark since they STILL have not been paid for the Besado etc "taken" 1 1/2 years ago. I have DKTS and feel screwed. A good thing too is the shareholder base would double.
