Another Seeking Alpo/Pearson con job, impeccably timed just prior to the 2017 Q1 finacials conference call tomorrow! The SEC really needs to go after a couple of these con artists as well as the websites that facilitate them...

Here is a link to the most recent Cemtrex 10-K. I do not see anything unusual and certainly nothing like what the Smearson article would indicate.
