This would have added more value to shareholders!?! Why didn't they disclose the 2nd offer?! More fuel to the lawsuit IMO

I would much rather be a shell investor to a MJ penny stock than a dissolving company.

Supplier issues last quarter resulting in a no leverage forced "foreclosure" of a company? Yet, management gets to escape with a salary from PLY and all the business debts and pit falls to leave with the shareholders that had no idea of any of these issues?

Still can't believe how this all ended up... absolutely sickening
