We can play with self-clearing for a while. If you would like at .01-.10. There aren't many in that range as there is only 34.068 million Encounter Technologies Inc shares and I have 14.72 million of them.

You could pull the NASDAQ ready and Forward split it 20:1 and merge it with 404 million Encounter Tech Restricted that are already connected and merged with everyone. Then list it overseas where there is no shorting...
