CGRA started a bond company late 2015 to fund their oil and gas operations as well as projects of bond partner companies.

They are saying that seminars regarding these investment opportunities are underway. The first bond was fully subscribed within six months if I recall. This could be more bonds in the future as well as more project partners.

This initiative has much to do with the $25 million in reported assets. It's all good!
