CEO smart enough to know that something needs to come out this week, especially after confirming it with shareholders via email.

No harm done yet, but OTC is not what it used to be, and even "longs" have other options to look at if there's no follow-through.

Wonder if ceo is dumb enough to also combine all the events into 1 pr. Bc his tweet has done more harm ??
